3. Service Requests and Quotes

Submitting a contact form or quote request does not constitute a binding agreement. All quotes are estimates and may be revised upon physical inspection of materials. Final pricing is confirmed before processing begins. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Handling

When shipping drones or batteries to REFPV, you are responsible for complying with all applicable shipping regulations, including hazardous materials requirements for lithium batteries. REFPV provides prepaid shipping labels for eligible consumer units. Damage during transit is not the responsibility of REFPV unless we arranged the pickup.

5. Data Destruction

REFPV performs data destruction on all received devices, including flight logs, camera storage, and GPS records. While we take reasonable measures to destroy all data, we recommend performing your own data wipe before shipping. REFPV is not liable for any data remaining on devices after processing.

6. Certificates of Recycling

Certificates of Recycling are provided as documentation of processing and are not guarantees of regulatory compliance for your specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and meeting any regulatory requirements applicable to your organization.

7. Limitation of Liability

REFPV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of REFPV and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
